Fresh Black Tea Age Delay Instant Infusion Treatment Toner has to be the longest name in the history of Fresh’s product line up. To be honest, it’s the best Fresh product I’ve used only just nudging out their amazing Seaberry Oil. Before we go into my standard review let me clear a few things up about this product. First off, this isn’t a western style toner. You don’t use it with a cotton pad, as it’s a waste of product. Treat it like a lotion or serum. You use it after any cleansing and toning but before a serum, oil or cream. Secondly, This may make you break out when you first use it. I had a few under the skin blemishes that I can get around that time of the month and it brought them all to the surface. They vanished almost completely in two days and I’ve had no issues since then. I thought it might just work that way on women, but my husband has been using it and it did the same thing to him with a clogged follicle on the edge of his beard line. It was gone almost as quickly as it popped up and he’s been doing great with it now. Let’s look at what Fresh has to say about this product.

What CGR Says
How much we’ve managed to use in a little over three weeks for two.
This product lives up to it’s claims completely. It exceeds them in fact. My skin looks and feels like a pearl. It moisturizes so well without feeling like a product on your skin. Fresh Black Tea Age Delay Instant Infusion Treatment Toner brightens, evens tone, deeply hydrates, helps with pore and texture issues, and adds luminosity. It helps make your skin look more translucent and young. I swear it also helps with clogged pores. I think it’s even making my brows grow in faster after shaping. My husband had even better results than I have in terms of clogs and pore size. This also seems to make EVERYTHING else you are using work better. I need less oil and moisturizer and they seem to hydrate better than ever before. Anything you use with retinol or exfoliants seems more effective (The HG unicorn level combo to be explained in another article). All dehydration lines are banished and any fine lines will be eased. My husband rarely uses any product past face wash and he looked five years younger using this stuff. All his lines, pores, and flaky skin were better in just one use and were improved with every application. The flakes and dryness were eliminated on the first use. He hasn’t used it in a few days and he still doesn’t have flaky skin again. I’ve also been using this on my hands and the pearl-like glow of my skin is getting compliments left and right. It seems to make my hand cream go further, just like it has with facial products.
How much I use on damp skin for face, neck, and decolletage. For dry skin, this is only enough for your face.
So what makes this so good? Bottom line, ferments. There is a ton of skin-loving stuff in here, don’t get me wrong but the ferments make this a powerhouse. That’s what makes it a Korean style product versus a western one. Being that it has ferments, it does smell ever so slightly fermented when applying but the black tea/cucumber/litchi scent is calming and soothing. It dissipates soon after application. To use the product, just uncap and shake a few drops into your palm and spread/pat/press with the palms of your hand onto your skin. I find it works best on wet skin.

I find it works best on damp skin from toner or thermal water spray. The texture is like other Korean essences I’ve tried which is between a water and serum. If you have very oily skin, this might be all the hydration you need.

The Fresh Black Tea Age Delay Instant Infusion Treatment Toner is something any skin type can use. I would especially recommend it for people who have chronically dehydrated skin. I have sensitive, Rosacea covered, clog prone, dehydrated combo skin and it laps it up. I’d also recommend it if you find you hate the feel of heavy products or products that sit on the skin. This soaks in within minutes and makes your skin just feel normal, hydrated, and smooth. $48 may seem like a lot for a “toner” but this is much more. It’s a treatment and you get 4 ounces of product in a luxurious heavy glass bottle. I’m using it once or twice a day for three weeks and my husband every few days and the bottle is barely touched. I’d assume for one person, it would last about 6 months. Seeing how far it goes, the quality of the product, and how it makes all your other products on top of it work better, it’s a bargain. Out of every product I’ve ever used (with one exception), this may be my favorite skin care product of all time. Always try to get a sample first to see if you like it but I can’t recommend prolonged use highly enough! It’s a Holy Grail level product for me!
